Return Policy

At JordoLux, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns Policy: Due to the custom nature of waist beads, All Sales are Final!

Once the payment goes through, processing fees are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. We will attempt to redeliver if you have not received your order in the estimated shipping times.

Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Once your shipping label has been created, we process orders within 5 to 10 business days. If after 10 business days there is no update to your tracking status, you have 30 business days to contact us regarding your order.

If you do not reach out within this timeframe, we will not be able to issue refunds or re-ship orders.

For any concerns about your order, please ensure you contact us within the stated timeframe.

Shipping times: Due to the handmade nature of our business, it can take 30-40 working days (Monday-Friday) to fulfill and ship your order. If you need your order delivered quicker, you would need to purchase the 1-day processing at checkout.

30-40 business days are when we will ship the item, please expect to wait another 5-10 days for delivery.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We do not give refunds for custom pieces. It is the customer's responsibility to describe their custom pieces and provide reference pictures if they want their waist bead custom pieces to be created to their desired design. Any vague descriptions given will be created by our team to the best of our team's ability. All custom orders are nonrefundable when they are shipped.

Custom-order waist beads that have been stated to hold any religious or political meaning will be created at our discretion. We have the right to refuse any custom orders.

 

We are not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. 

If something doesn't fit because we sent the wrong size, please email us within 24 hours. 

The customer is responsible for getting the correct size waist beads. We are not responsible if a customer orders the wrong size. Please check the size chart for instructions on how to measure your waist.

 

We are not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. 

If your item arrives damaged, contact us ASAP, and we will attempt to redeliver it. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

 

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email us, Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!

 

We are not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting us. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. 

 

We are not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND. 

Beads are a choking hazard for small children! NOT intended for children under 12!
